One installation for all of your customers

The Hosting Edition is targetted mainly at mail providers and web hosters, who wish to offer their customers an advanced webmail and PIM service.

You can achieve this goal with one central installation offering each of your customers his "own phlyMail". This saves you from installing and managing one installation per customer - once created in the mandator management console, your customer has instant access to "his phlyMail".

Full flexibility in drafting your server landscape

No matter, which platform you run, be it a single server for the phlyMail Hosting Edition or a full-blown cluster, it's all a question of configuring the Hosting Edition.
You can select one of these operation modes:

• 1 Webserver, 1 Database: All mandators share one database, but are distinguished by the database table prefix
• 1 Webserver, 1 Database per mandator: Each mandator gets his own database
• 1 Webserver, Database Cluster: Each mandator gets his own database, free assignemnt to the database servers
• Webserver Cluster: Each mandator can be freely assigned to any of your webservers

This way phlyMail Hosting Edition does not interfer with the growth of your business.

Full flexibility in designing your products

You can define for each mandator individually, whether (s)he has just single user frontend access or a complete multi user environment including access to the configuration interface.
Furthermore you have the choice, which modules each mandator can access, whether there's limitations in respect of storage or number of available user accounts, which themes (s)he can use and so on. The same applies to the SMS functionality.

Flexible licencing

Adapt the amount of possible users to your needs - not the other way round. We offer you a flexible licencing model with very low costs per user (going as low as 0.20 € per user).
You can add further users at any later date from the customer service without the need to reinstall your product.
