How many users do you wish to have available in your licence?

Terms of Licence

1. Purchasing one licence allows to run one installation.
2. The licence is granted perpetually.
3. It is limited to the number of parallel users stated in the licence key.
4. Multiple parallel installations are only allowed to be run, if all installations use the same database tables, which means: same database server, same MySQL database, same tables.
5. On purchase of a licence extension a new licence key is generated. This new key renders the hitherto existing key as invalid. Further use of the hitherto key is not allowed.
6. The licence cannot be alienated to any third person.
7. Rights granted with this licence include:
   • The right of access to the source code of phlyMail MessageCenter.
   • The admission to adapt the source code to suit the licensees needs.
8. The rights granted do not include:
   • The right to disseminate the licence or the source code or parts thereof to any third person.
   • The right to take the source code or parts thereof for any work without explicit written consent by phlyLabs.
   • The right to remove any copyright notices anywhere in either source code or output generated by or through phlyMail.
9. Understandings different from any of the terms above require written consent.
