Hi Mattheas,
I want to suggest that when we click on Contacts and the contacts list screen appears, could we have the search box visible by default?
The search is pretty much what we do in contacts every time anyway so why have the extra click to make the search bar appear?

Well, we have the constant struggle between those users with only small screens available, who fight for every inch not obfuscated by any buttons - and those with the giant screens, who would like to save every click possible.

A solution could be to store the open / close state of toolbars like the contacts' search and restore that state every time the window refreshes. Although the architecture exists I doubt I can quickly implement it
But I'll make a note on the to do list and see, when I get around implementing it.
