Hi,

ich hatte zuletzt ein Update auf Version 402xx durchgeführt und gestern eine Benachrichtigung fürs
neue Update auf 40300 bekommen.

Ich habe das Update wie üblich durchgeführt...
- .zip-Datei runtergeladen (phlyMail Update-Archiv), phmmc_core_40300.zip
- entpackten Inhalt des phlymail-Verzeichnisses auf den Webserver hochgeladen
- anschließend die Config-Oberfläche aufgerufen
-> hier wurden einige Fehlermeldungen gezeigt, jedoch kam auch der gewohnte Schriftzug,
dass das Update erfolgreich war
- die runonce-Datei gelöscht
- erneut die Config-Oberfläche aufgerufen

Leider konnte ich mich weder als Admin noch als normaler User anmelden.

Ich habe dann in der Installationsanleitung noch den Hinweis auf die reindexer.php gefunden
und diese ebenfalls aufgerufen, außer Fehlermeldungen tat sich allerdings hier nichts.

Seit dem ist kein Login mehr möglich:

Um vorübergehend wieder emails senden und empfangen zu können, habe ich eine neue Version installiert unter Verwendung einer
neuen Datenbank sowie eines anderen Pfades.

Die alte Version würde ich aber gerne wieder reparieren und bitte daher um Eure Hilfe.

Erste, wohl gewichtigste Frage: Warum haben Sie das Update denn nicht über den AutoUpdater gemacht?

Das passt nicht so ganz zusammen. Wenn schon Fehlermeldungen kommen, wäre interessant gewesen, welche. So kann ich nun leider nur raten, was los ist...

Wenn Sie von einer funktionierenden 4.2.x auf die 4.3 aktualisiert haben, sollte die DB-Struktur aktuell genug gewesen sein. Da dürfte also an sich nix kaputt gegangen sein.

Auf Grund der "Division by zero" tippe ich auf ein Problem mit den Dateirechten. Die sind wahrscheinlich beim Upload des Core-Archivs in die Binsen gegangen. Prüfen Sie diese bitte darauf, dass PHP alle Dateien der Installation lesen und schreiben kann.

Hi,

das Update per AutoUpdater hat schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr funktioniert,
die manuellen Updates dagegen schon.

Die Fehlermeldungen kamen bei vorherigen Updates auch immer, obwohl ansonsten alles funktioniert hat.
Sorry, dass ich die Fehlermeldungen nicht festgehalten habe, aber ich war davon ausgegangen, dass es
auch diesmal trotzdem funktioniert.

Wahrscheinlich hab ich schon vor Jahren bei der ersten Installation irgendwas verkehrt gemacht...

In Bezug auf die Dateirechte hab ich einfach zum Testen mal 777 für alle Ordner und Dateien gesetzt,
leider ohne Erfolg. Ich habe ebenfalls über die Konfigurationsoberfläche beim ISP die Funktion
Besitzrechte für php verwendet, hat leider auch nichts geändert.

Was kann ich weiterhin prüfen / ausprobieren? Bin für jeden Vorschlag dankbar.

Spielen Sie aus dem Core-Archiv die runonce.php ins Hauptverzeichnis Ihrer Installation. Rufen Sie die config.php auf. Posten Sie die Fehlermeldungen bitte hier.

Die Fehlermeldung hilft ne Menge:

Sie besagt, dass PHP so konfiguriert ist, dass nur die folgenden Ordner les- / schreibbar sind:

/www/htdocs/w007e89c/
/tmp:/usr/bin
/www/htdocs/w007e89c
/bin
/usr/local/bin
/usr/share/php

Wobei auffällt, dass an und für sich Ihr WWW-Verzeichnis mit dabei ist. Dafür aber doppelt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber eventuell bringt schon das PHP durcheinander. Weiterhin wundert mich die insgesamt sehr zerhackt aussehende Pfadangabe der auf Existenz zu prüfenden Datei.

Lassen Sie doch bitte Ihren Hoster prüfen, wie die PHP-Direktive

korrekt einzustellen ist, damit PHP in Ihrem Webspace lesen und schreiben darf.

Wenn das getan ist, müssen Sie wahrscheinlich die runonce.php noch minimal 2x ausführen.

Dann noch zur letzten Fehlermeldung (mit dem SQL-Statement): Haben Sie denn das Lesezeichen-Modul schon im Einsatz? Wenn nicht, empfehle ich, es vor dem nächsten Durchlauf der runonce.php zu deinstallieren. Dies können Sie in der Config tun. Vermutlich wird das aber auch eh erst gehen, wenn die PHP-Konfiguration stimmt.
