We have just released build 3.02.01 of PHlyMail. This build fixes a severe scurity hole in the frontend authentication. This hole was introduced inadvertedly with build 3.02.00 in conjunction with the possibility to use an unencrypted login.
Besides the security fix we also changed these things since the last build:
- The system folder names (Inbox, Sent, ...) are now always displayed in the language selected by the user.
- The libraries for template processing (ca. 30% faster) and for IDN domain support were updated to their newest versions.
- The dropdown and context menus were improved. The dropdown menu now behaves more like those under e.g. Windows.
- A bug in PHlyMail Lite prevented you to save the inbox folder for a certain profile.
- More file type icons. To prevent new icons interfering with the old ones, we ask you to remove or empty the folders phlymail/frontend/themes/Classic/mime/ and phlymail/frontend/themes/Classic/mime_big/ before actually updating your installation.

PHlyMail Lite can be obtained from the usual place, users of PHlyMail MessageCenter or PHlyMail Personal Edition please download the core application from the customer service area.

Due to the severe security hole we ask you to update your installation as soon as possible.
